We believe that the future of America lies in the hands of entrepreneurs, not just in New York and Silicon Valley, but in small towns and big cities far from the coast and away from the hype. That the future of business school is hands-on, on the ground, and must prepare a new generation to drive real progress. That the future of our society depends on those who dare to leave behind the well-worn path to seek a better world. So this isn't a road trip. It's a movement.
Each summer we send teams of pioneering MBAs out on the road to learn from and work with visionary entrepreneurs. The past two summers took our teams over 40,000 miles into 28 cities to work with 50 entrepreneurs in the heart of America and convinced us that a week of committed curiosity could not only lead to lasting business impact but could change our lives forever. Check out some of the stories below.
Together, we can write a different story about America's future: one where dreamers, doers, and purpose-driven MBAs come together to make America stronger, one community at a time. Are you ready? See below to find your role.

MBAx has been one of the most amazing and transformative experiences for me. It is the type of learning that you won’t find in a classroom no matter how prestigious the university or sincere the intentions of the faculty.
MBAx is a transformational experience. I left Detroit, our last stop, humbled and exhausted by the many challenges we faced alongside our intrepid entrepreneurs. And yet, few experiences have been so inspiring and formative in my career. MBAx is not easy, but it is worth it.
As an entrepreneur, I need resources. I need several support systems, and MBAx is a fantastic resource and enables us to benefit from their support system.
Words will never express the gratitude I feel for the gift I was given by participating in MBAx. Not only was I and my business profoundly impacted by the wisdom and fabulous work done by the team, I feel I have 6 new friends and a much wider network of support systems.
It started in a corner at a crowded party, when four Harvard MBAs asked, “what if?” What if we ditched our cubicles and spent the summer in the heart of America? What if we listened more than we spoke and acted more than we planned? What if we put our MBAs to the test? Then we stopped asking “what if” and hit the road.
