We believe that the future of America lies in the hands of entrepreneurs, not just in New York and Silicon Valley, but in small towns and big cities far from the coast and away from the hype. That the future of business school is hands-on, on the ground, and must prepare a new generation to drive real progress. That the future of our society depends on those who dare to leave behind the well-worn path to seek a better world. So this isn't a road trip. It's a movement.
Over the past three summers, 17 teams of pioneering MBAs have hit road to learn from and work with visionary entrepreneurs. These past three summers took our teams over 40,000 miles into 41 cities to work with 73 entrepreneurs in the heart of America and convinced us that a week of committed curiosity could not only lead to lasting business impact but could change our lives forever. Check out some of the stories below.
It started in a corner at a crowded party, when four MBAs asked, “what if?” What if we ditched our cubicles and spent the summer in the heart of America? What if we put our MBAs to the test? This summer 9 teams of four MBAxAmerica Fellows are no longer asking "what if" and are hitting the road. Explore their stories below...
Together, we can write a different story about America's future: one where dreamers, doers, and purpose-driven MBAs come together to make America stronger, one community at a time. Are you ready? See below to find your role.
